OMG you guys, what an ending!
You know what, I did not want it to end!
I swear I did not…
Alright, so at the end of book 2 The Scent of Roses it was very pretty bleak! I was really upset and worried as we all know how the original Romeo and Juliet ended and I was so so scared we were heading there in Hanging in the Stars.
I mean can you blame me? I really love Roman and Julianna so much, so me telling you that I was filled with dread should not come as a surprise. I do not want to tell you how it ends or what happens till we reach said end but I can say safely disclose that my heart stopped a few times, nearly avoided a heart attack and finally was able to breathe a little at the end.
On a side note, please remember that you need to have read Book 1 Love Sprung from Hate and Book 2 The Scent of Roses for you to enjoy the full effect of this baby!
Back to business, and we have had again some really fantastic writing, there was even more slaying in terms of the storytelling than the previous books. It was a very emotional roller coaster for me. But my gosh what a journey it has been and it was worth it.
At the end, I could not help myself… I cried!
I know this is the end of the trilogy, but there is that part of me that really would like to see more of Roman and Julianna you know somewhere down in the future. I admit I always have a hard time letting go of beloved characters and those 2 are joining my favorite couples in my heart!
If you love a good romance, this is the series for you! It has everything you can wish for and so much more, I am in withdrawal at the moment and cannot wait for Sienna’s next book or series.
Honestly, you know I am going to highly recommend it the whole series and this final book is its crown jewel!
