Winged Passion by Amanda Pillar

This is book 4 and I am so delighted that we have not had too long to wait in between the books of this series. I totally fell in love with as soon as I read Deadly Passion and not too long ago, Benevolent Passion came out.
This year is shaping up really nicely and a big thank you to Amanda for the ARC.
In this book, we get to have Trick and Seraphina’s story. We have known both of them since book 1, but here they are joining forces. To be fair, this was set up at the end of Benevolent Passion so I knew it was coming.
Going back to the series, I want to make sure to recommend that you start from Book 1, it gives all the background info needed to enjoy the book and get the know the characters quite well. I mean, if you do want to read it as a stand alone, I do believe it is possible; however, a lot of important bits will be unclear and IMHO, as a reader you would lose out a bit.
I say, start from book 1 and really, they are enjoyable entertaining reads and they are quick to finish, so if you have a concern that they will take too long to read then rest easy.
So back to the book, we are still more or less following on the trail of the missing Heaven’s Heart but Trick and Seraphina get sent on a tricky mission by Hades (yup that Hades!!) and all I can tell you is that it is not easy.
I really liked Trick from book 1 and I am glad that he gets his own story and we get to know more about him. There are some surprises that even I did not see coming (so kudos for that!!) and I just loved it.
I am not going to get into details because, well spoilers and you know me; I try not to ruin your fun reading, but just as the other 2, Winged Passion was a great read and I loved every second of it. To be honest, I have grown very attached to the characters and as we go, I am looking forward to the next book.
Now, I know already who the main will be for the next one and based on what I read here, I am curious about how the story will turn out.
That is going to be tricky!
I cannot wait to see what Amanda has in store for us.
If you have already read the first two books of the series, then I can assure you that you will love this one too! If you haven’t and you are discovering the series for the first time with this post, then I promise you that you are going to get hooked like I did and I encourage you to start from Book 1.
You can trust me on that.
As you can imagine, I am going to very highly recommend Winged Passion to you all, and I do hope that you love it as much as I did!
