I am so excited to have another of Shannon’s books for you.
So if you are one of my readers, then you would have likely spotted the other previous books that I have reviewed for her, we have Vanquished and then Ultimate Sacrifice. Joining my collection is T-Minus and I was really looking forward to this baby.
To begin with, I was not disappointed at all.
Because I am familiar with Shannon’s style, I knew roughly what to expect and I was certainly not let down one bit. I could not put the book down and I loved every single page of it! I will be honest, I could have lived with a few less flashback that interrupted my most beloved action and progress of the plot, but the atmosphere and the unfolding of the events were so amazingly well written that I can let it pass…
Just this once!
The story centers around Sophie who is the daughter of the US President (a woman President btw… so YAY!!!) and the completely unexpected plot she found herself in. As I mentioned before, you have a lot of action, surprises, misdirects and for a handful of hours when I was reading it, this mama was in nirvana!
I mean by now, beloved readers you all know that I love my fast-paced action, ass-kicking leading ladies and that is what I got.

I am not going to dig deep into the story, cause then spoilers!!! (Gosh I need a River Song Gif here…)
But honestly, if you have read any of Shannon”s previous books, then like me you already know what you are getting into and it is going to be great fun! However, if this is your intro to Shannon’s writing then my friends you are in for a ride!
T-Minus is easy to read, fast-paced, very nicely written and I did love the characters so much. I think Sophie was really a very strong lead and I also enjoyed the rest of the team as well. Now that I am writing this and thinking about it, should we not have a series where we can send those 4 on other adventures?
